North Pinellas Adventure Boot Camp For Women Rocks!

North Pinellas Adventure Boot Camp for Women is a 15-day program designed to help you lose weight and get in shape while having fun and making new friends along the way. For one hour, five days a week, you will be motivated and directed to achieving your fitness goals. If five days a week is not possible, you can choose a three-day-a-week boot camp.

Adventure Boot Camp is a great way to start in the direction of your lifestyle makeover. Ronnie, one of John’s boot camp attendees, says of her experience, “I’ve not only gained strength and flexibility, I have improved my balance, lost weight, and reshaped my body. I feel great. Boot camp rocks!”

At the start of Adventure Boot Camp, you will attend the “Welcome to Your Transformation” nutrition seminar with your boot camp coach, and a “Supermarket Tour” to Publix with John to show you what should and should not be making it to the checkout line.

Physical training has been a part of John’s life for his entire adult life.
