How do I sign up now?
Go to the Registration Page and fill out the form. Once we've received your registration and payment information, we'll send you a confirmation email and instructions on how to schedule your pre-camp evaluation. Approximately 10 days before camp starts, you will receive a Welcome Pack which will give you all of the information you will need including complete directions to camp, nutrition seminar information, what to bring, vendor discount coupons and more.

| What is the Pre-Camp Evaluation? |
| 1. We will give you an introduction to Boot Camp and answer any questions you may have. We will also review your medical history. |
| 2. We will record your weight and measure your body fat percentage to see where you are prior to beginning camp. We don't care what the numbers show. It's strictly for a post-camp comparison. These numbers and all other information will be held in the strictest confidence. Don't be surprised if you see a 3-8% reduction in your body fat over the four weeks! |

What do I need to bring to camp?
You will need to bring one set of 5-8 lb. hand weights and any type of exercise mat. You will also want to bring water to keep yourself hydrated during camp. Optional items are a towel to dry off with. In the winter, dress in a layered fashion...even if it is chilly, you will get warm very fast! Forwamer months, light colored clothing and breathable fabrics are best.

What kinds of people go to camp?
They are people just like you. Someone who needs a little push to jump start their fitness and wellness program. Some exercise experience is needed to ensure your safety and a better flow of class.
Is there a refund policy?
4-Week Jumpstart Refund Policy: If you are unable to attend camp due to circumstances out of your control, we can offer you a refund if you notify us prior to your session start date however we will charge a $50.00 cancellation fee. If we are notified after your session begins, we can only give you a credit to be used towards another boot camp. This credit is nontransferable. There is no cash refund. This is not negotiable.
Inner Circle Early Cancellation Policy: I understand that I will be charged a $225 fee to my debit or credit card immediately if my 12 month contract is cancelled early.
What is a typical day like at camp?
That’s difficult to say since each day is intentionally different to alleviate boredom. You can expect some light running, weight training, obstacle courses, core training and jumping rope each week. We also have what we call “special days”. It's always an adventure, and you'll always have fun! We teach you a great deal about proper form and "core stability."
How soon will I see results?
Performance improvement can take place in as little as three days. "Visual Improvement" can take from two to four weeks depending on your effort level. It's becoming common to see a camper go down 1-2 dresses sizes within the first 4 weeks of camp . Remember, everyone is different!
What happens if it rains?
We will still have boot camp at our normal locations and times if it is just sprinkling or lightly raining. If it is a heavy rain that is deemed to be unsafe (we will use our best judgment) or lightning, camp will be cancelled. While this is a rare occurrence, it is for your safety and is a possibility. If it is obvious that we will be cancelling camp, we will call you (40 minutes before camp is to begin) to let you know if camp is going to be cancelled, but due to the sporadic nature of the weather in Florida, we cannot always foresee the possibility of a cancellation. We will be using your cell phone for the calls. If you didn't provide a cell phone number on your registration form, we will use the home number you provided. There will be NO makeups scheduled for unsafe conditions (i.e. hurricanes, lighting storms, fire in the area, tornado warnings, etc.), however, feel free to make the camp up at another camp time. These are some of the considerations that go along with an outdoor fitness boot camp. Our first priority will always be your safety.
What happens if I miss a day? Is there a makeup policy?
We do NOT offer make-up days. You must commit to the program for which you have signed up; and in order to get results, you need to be consistent in your workouts. We recommend you attend 5-days per week to experience the greatest results. A minimum of 3-days per week is recommended to maintain your current fitness level and weight.
What type of nutritional support is provided?
Since nutrition is such an important factor in you reaching your goals, you will be provided with a FREE Nutrition Seminar design to help you reach your fitness and weight loss goals.
What will I do after camp is over?
You can get re-measured and tested to show your progress and success in the program. Many (up to 80%) of the campers return for the next camp.
